You confirm that the details you give us are yours and accurate, and that the mobile number you provide is one you're entitled to receive texts on.
Use of the LicensedCandidates software is governed by a separate subscription agreement that sets out the territory, fees, placement override, and data-use rules. Nothing on this site is an offer; prices shown are current list prices and may change.
Public-record data on this service comes from government sources and is provided as published. We don't guarantee it's complete or current. Subscribers may use it only to contact clinicians about employment and must honor every opt-out.
Don't use this site or our messages to harass anyone, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to scrape or resell data, or to misrepresent who you are.
The site and service are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Job Ready IQ LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of them, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the prior twelve months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Wyoming unless the law of your state says otherwise.
