From you. What you enter on our forms: name, email, mobile number, profession, license state, city, preferences, and your consent choice.
From public records. Information about licensed clinicians published by government sources, including the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) and state layoff-notice (WARN) filings: name, credential, practice address, practice phone, license number, and dates.
From third parties. Where a public record has no direct contact, we may obtain a mobile number or email from a licensed data provider, and we may check with phone carriers whether a number is a mobile line.
From your use of the site. Standard server logs. We do not use advertising trackers.
We send texts only as described in our texting policy. Your mobile number and your text-message consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
We share your details with a recruiter or employer only when you've said you want to hear about an opening. We use service providers to run the site, store data, send messages, and verify phone numbers; they may process your data only on our instructions. We disclose data when the law requires it.
Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We'll keep a record of your opt-out so we don't contact you again. California residents may exercise the rights in the California Consumer Privacy Act through the same address.
We keep records for as long as they're useful for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize them. Data is stored on access-controlled servers in the United States.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
