Know someone who'd move for the right job? Say so.

How it works.

• You refer. Their name, their license, and a way to reach them. We'll ask them before anything else happens.
• They're on file. When an opening near them pays more than the going rate, they get one text with the facility, the distance, and the pay, the same as anyone who signed up themselves.
• They're placed. When a recruiting partner hires them through a LicensedCandidates introduction, you get $500, paid within 30 days of their start date.

Earnings are tied to a placement that starts and that traces to a LicensedCandidates introduction. We never contact your referral without telling them who gave us their name, and they can say no.
